摘 要:目的了解人附红细胞体感染对小鼠白细胞凋亡的影响。方法用流式细胞仪对白细胞凋亡以及CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群的动态变化规律进行检测。结果感染后CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞比例下降,CD4+T淋巴细胞比例在感染后第3天和第5天分别由感染前的12.89%下降到10.83%和6.34%,CD8+T淋巴细胞比例由感染前的8.31%分别下降到6.16%和4.32%。白细胞凋亡的检测显示,感染初期感染组凋亡细胞显著高于对照组。结论人附红细胞体诱导细胞凋亡是导致免疫抑制和免疫细胞减少的主要原因。Objective To investigate the effect of leukocytes apoptosis in mice infected with human eperythrozoon. Methods Kinetics of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte subpopulations and leukocytes apoptosis were analyzed with flow cytometry. Results CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte subpopulations were significantly reduced,the percentage of CD4+ T lymphocyte subpopulation decreased from 12.89% to 10.83% on day 3 post-infection and 6.34% on day 5 post-infec- tion respectively, whereas CD8+ T lymphocyte subpopulation from 8.31% prior to infection to 6.16% on day 3 post-in- fection and 4.32% on day 5 post-infection respectively. Counts of apoptotic leukocytes were significantly more than those of the control mice. Conclusion apoptosis induced by human eperythrozoon was the major cause of immune sup- pression and leucopenia.
