协同护理模式对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术前氧化应激和情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理模式对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者氧化应激和情绪的影响。方法选择LC患者68例,随机分为实验组和对照组各34例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上,采取协同护理模式。两组患者在干预前、干预后均填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),同时检测丙二醛(MDA)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的水平。对MDA、MPO、SAS及SDS进行相关性分析。结果实验组抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时与对照组相比,实验组丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),髓过氧化物酶活性也显著降低(P<0.05)。MDA含量与SDS及SAS呈显著正相关关系(r=0.357、0.487,P<0.05);MPO含量与SDS及SAS呈显著正相关关系(r=0.451、0.486,P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式能够显著降低患者焦虑抑郁情绪和氧化应激水平,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of the collaboration care model on oxidative stress and depression in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy Preoperative. Methods Sixty-eight patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups and the numbers of each groups were thirty-four. Patients in the experience group not only received conventional nursing but also received collaboration care model, while the control group received conventional nursing. All patients were assessed with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） before and after intervention. Meanwhile the levels of MDA and MPO were detected, and the Correlation was analyzed of MDA,MPO,SAS and SDS. Results After the intervention ,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experience group was lower than the control group .There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. While the levels of MDA in the experience group were lower than that in the control group and the levels of MPO in the experience group were lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The content of MDA were positive correlated with the scores of SAS and SDS （r=0.357,0.487,P〈0.05）; The content of MPO were positive correlated with the scores of SAS and SDS （r=0.357,0.487,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Collaboration care model can significantly relieve the levels of the patients SAS and SDS as well as the oxidative stress. It is worth being used in the clinic.
