我院出院带药不合理处方干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析本院出院带药不合理用药干预措施效果，促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取本院新区2013年1~5月份出院带药处方2100张，对不合理用药处方进行分析；针对问题提出干预措施，比较干预前后情况。结果干预后，抽取2013年8~12月份出院带药处方2050张，不合格处方率由3.810%下降为1.122%（P〈0.05）；用法用量不合理、药物联用不合理、处方前记及电脑录入问题等均有改善（P〈0.05）。结论对不合理处方干预措施取得成效。[Abatract]Objective To analyze effect of interventions on discharge irrational prescriptions of patients in our hospital and promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods A total of 2100 discharge prescriptions of patients were randomly selected from January to May 2013 in our hospital.The irrational prescriptions were analyzed.Results After intervention , a total of 2050 discharge prescriptions of patients were randomly selected from Augest to December 2013 in our hospital. The irrational prescriptions rate reduced from 3.810% to 1.122% （P〈0.05）. The irrational phenomenon as improper usage and dosage, irrational drug combination, prescription prolegomena and computer input were improved （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Interventions are effective.
