摘　　要：针刺手法作为针刺操作的重要组成部分发源于《黄帝内经》,后经历代医家发展,形成了种类繁多的手法体系。简要回顾了针刺手法的发展源流,探讨了针刺手法的发展演变规律,重点阐释了针刺手法的理论价值和临床意义,强调在针灸理论和临床研究中应重视针刺手法的运用。As an important part of needling techniques, needling manipulation is originated in Huangdi Neijing （Inner Canon of Huangdi,黄帝内经） and developed by ancient physicians. The development, theoretical value and clinical oretical application of needling manipulation were discussed in this article. More attention should be paid into the the research and clinical application of needling manipulation.
