摘  要:为满足三峡巨型发电机励磁调节控制的要求,成功地研制了一种高可靠智能型工业微机励磁调节器。硬件上该调节器以32位工业微机为基本单元,应用综合动态冗余容错技术和静态冗余容错技术的混合冗余容错原理:采用多通道并联冗余容错系统结构,在通道级硬件冗余的条件下,通过机内信息流划分和机间信息交流,部分实现功能单元级冗余容错,而且应用智能技术将三模表决机制发展为检测、表决和切换相综合的策略,使系统既可多模运行,亦可双模或单模运行。To meet the requirement on the excitation regulation of the huge hydro electric generator of future Three Gorges Hydro Power Plant,a Highly Reliable Intelligent Industrial Microcomputer_based Excitation Regulator has been successfully developed.The hybrid redundant fault_tolerant system configuration is applied to further enhance the reliability of such a system.Although that the hardware redundancy is at system level,the system with this configuration partly has redundant structure at function unit level by means of the division of information flow in subsystem and the exchange of information among subsystems.And moreover the voting mechanism of usual triplex redundant systems is replaced by an intelligent fault detection,voting and switching strategy.So the system can run in either triplex or duplex or single modular mode.The redundant resources can be exhaustively used.
