摘 要:目的对山东德州黄花败酱超临界萃取物进行分析鉴定,测定其抑菌活性及最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法(SFE-CO2)提取黄花败酱的有效成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)对其萃取物进行分离鉴定,采用琼脂扩散法测定萃取物的抑菌活性,采用微量稀释法测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果共分离出了24种化学成分,黄花败酱超临界萃取物对沙门氏菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显抑制作用,对大肠杆菌无明显抑制作用,其对福式痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为4 mg·mL-1,对沙门氏菌的最小抑菌浓度为5 mg·mL-1。结论为败酱属植物资源的进一步开发应用提供科学而确切的实验依据。OBJECTIVE To extract and analyze the chemical constituents from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch investigate the anti bacterial activities and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the chemical constituents. METHODS The chemical constituents from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch were extracted by SFE-CO2 and analyzed by GC-MS. The antimicrobial activities of the chemical con stituents were tested by the agar plate diffusion method. The MIC was obtained by microplate method. RESULTS A total of twenty four constituents representing 95. 407% of the total constituents were identified. The chemical components showed promising antibacte rial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella flexneri and Salmonella spp. The MIC for Staphyloccocus aureus, Shigella flexneri is 4 mg . L^-l, and for Salmonella spp, the MIC is 5 mg . L^-1. CONCLUSION The experiment provides a scientific basis for further development and utilization of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch..
