摘 要:针对射频识别(RFID)标签抗金属性的实际需求,结合短路环偶极子天线辐射能力较强、制造简单、成本低、防静电且适宜阻抗匹配等优点,设计了一类短路环偶极子抗金属标签。设计中将标签天线制作在具有良好辐射特性、成本低廉、材质为FR-4的基板上,减小金属环境吸收电磁波对天线辐射的干扰,使短路环偶极子标签具有抗金属性;同时在短路环偶极子天线中引入阻抗臂,通过阻抗臂对短路环偶极子天线进行阻抗匹配及优化。经过仿真实验及测试其结果表明,所设计标签具有良好的抗金属性和阻抗匹配特性。According to the actual demands of anti-metal performance of RFID tag, we have designed a short loop dipole an ti-metal UHF RFID tag antenna combined with the advantages including strong radiating capacity, simple fabrication, lost cost and antistatic, suitable for impedance matching etc. We made the tag antenna in the above of the advantages including strong radiat ing capacity, lost cost, substrate material for FR-4 that can reduce the metal environment absorbing electromagnetic wave distur bance to the antenna radiation, making the short loop dipole tag have the properties of gold; Meanwhile, we have introduced impedance arm to optimize the impedance matching of loop dipole tag antenna. Through repeated simulation and testing we can see that the tag we designed here has favorable anti-metal and impedance matching performances.
