摘 要:提出一种新型开式转轮除湿空调冷水循环,构建实际的空调系统并在上海夏季典型工况下对该系统进行实验研究。在测试工况下,冷冻水制取子系统能输出15.3~18.1℃的冷冻水,可有效实现显热负荷处理。该循环能在各种典型工况下提供有效的空调送风,与传统循环相比,可大大降低送风温度,克服传统循环显热处理能力的不足,扩大除湿空调的适应领域。A novel rotary desiccant cooling cycle was proposed based on isothermal dehumidification and regenerative evaporative cooling technologies, which could produce chilled water while dehumidifying the process air. Experimental setup of this novel cycle was built and experimental investigate was made. The test results show that the novel cycle can supply chilled water around temperature of 15.3-18. 1℃, which has strong sensible heat handling ability. Favorable chilled water and qualified air can be provided by the cycle in most typical cases, such as temperate, humid and even high humid climates. Moreover, comparing with conventional desiccant cooling cycle, the novel cycle can handle air to a much lower temperature without diminishing in thermal performance, break the obstacle of limited temperate reduction encountered by conventional desiccant cooling cycle and expand the suitable field of dehumidification air conditioning system.
