摘  要:应用热分析、阴燃方法实验研究4种固体生物质可燃物(玉米粉、玉米秸、玉米秸所制热解炭和活性炭粉体)的燃烧特性。结果表明:1)在热分析仪中,玉米秸和玉米粉的热解、燃烧特性类似,玉米秸所制热解炭和活性炭燃烧特性类似;2)在阴燃反应器中,4种物质燃烧特性差异明显。自然状态下,玉米粉不能维持阴燃,玉米秸、玉米秸所制热解炭和活性炭3种物料粉末均可维持阴燃。3种物料在阴燃过程中床层收缩特性差异显著,物料内部温度也有一定差别。结合4种物料及其灰分的微观机构,分析其燃烧特性差异的原因。Combustion characteristics of corn, corn stalk, pyrolysis char and active char from corn stalk were investigated via thermal analysis and smoldering experiments. The results showed that the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of corn and corn stalk in thermal analyzer are similar. Combustion characteristics of pyrolysis char and active carbon from corn stalk in thermal analyzer are similar. However, the smoldering characteristics of four materials differ significantly with each other. At ambient condition, smoldering can not sustain successfully inside corn powder, but it can sustain successfully inside powder of corn stalk, pyrolysis char and active carbon from corn stalk. The fuel bed shrinkages of three materials during smoldering differ significantly and the temperature fields inside fuel beds differ considerably with each other. Microstrnctures of materials and their ash were used to analyze the difference of their combustion characteristics.
