集抄集收管理模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：介绍了长兴县供电公司依托用电信息采集系统平台,改变了传统的抄表收费模式,提出了以"集中抄表、集中核算、集中收费"为核心的管理新模式,达到了减员增效、管控有力、提升服务等良好效果.Changxing County Power Distribution Company, which relies on the electricity information collection system platform, has changed the traditional meter reading fee model is introduced,and a concept of ＂centralized meter reading, centralized accounting and centralized fee＂ is put forward as the core of the new management model to increase attrition efficiency, control and powerful services.
