摘　　要：本文在对信息网络经济、虚拟经济和实体经济概念进行界定的基础上,分析了全球和我国信息网络经济、虚拟经济和实体经济发展规模和现状,并对信息网络技术引发的虚拟经济和实体经济均衡发展中的问题进行了解析,以平均利润率作为虚拟经济和实体经济均衡发展标志,提出了相关政策建议。On the basis of definition on the information network economy, the fictitious economy and real economy concept, this paper analyze the scale and status of global and china＇s information network economy, fictitious economy and real economy, as well as the issues of the fictitious economy and real economy balanced development under the information network technology, from the angle of the average rate of profit, puts forward relevant policy suggestions
