摘 要:目的:观测加味五苓散(五苓散加味萆薢、茵陈)对高尿酸血症大鼠代谢性指标总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的调节作用机理方法:以腺嘌呤和盐酸乙胺丁醇混悬液灌胃,制造大鼠高尿酸血症动物模型。采取边造模边给药,加味五苓散大、中、小剂量组灌胃给药。第8、15、22d眼眶取血,分别检测总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标。结果:加味五苓散中剂量组能有效降低高尿酸血症大鼠的TC、LDL-C水平(P<0.05)。结论:加味五苓散具有明显降低大鼠总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用。Objective: To Observe the regulating effect mechanism of the Supplemented Wuling Powder ( the Wuling Powder supplemen ted with Bixie and Yinchen) on the metabolic indicators as total cholesterol and low - density lipoprotein cholesterol in hyperuricemia model rats. Method: To establish the hyperuricemia model rats by gavageing the rats with adenine and ethambutol hydrochloride sus pension. The large, middle and low dose of the Supplemented Wuling Powder was intragastric administration to the rats groups during the establishment. The indicators of total cholesterol (TC) and low - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C) of the Orbital blood, which took respectively at day 8, 15, 22, were measured. Results: The middle dose group of the Supplemented Wuling Powder could effective reducing the TC, LDL - C level in hyperuricemia model rats ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The Supplemented Wuling Powder could have significantly effect on reducing the total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterothe in rats.
