冠心丹参方、精制冠心方和舒胸方对急性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用比较研究

摘　　要：目的:研究并比较冠心丹参方、精制冠心方和舒胸方对急性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分为5组,连续给药7天,结扎左冠状动脉前降支造成大鼠心肌缺血,观察大鼠心电图ST段变化,分析大鼠心肌梗死面积,并检测血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTNI)含量。结果:冠心丹参方、精制冠心方和舒胸方均能降低模型大鼠ST段,减小心肌梗死面积,提高血清NO含量,降低血清ET-1和cTNI含量。结论:冠心丹参方、精制冠心方和舒胸方对急性心肌缺血大鼠均有很好的保护作用。Objective： To investigate and compare the protective effects of Guanxindanshen Recipe, Jingzhiguanxin Recipe and Shuxiong Recipe on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods： SD rats were randomly divided into five group. The model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating the LAD after 7 days of successive administration. The changes of ST weight in ECG were ob served, the infarct sizes of myocardial were analyzed, and the levels of NO/ET - 1 and cTNI in serum were determined. Results： Guanxindanshen Recipe, Jingzhiguanxin Recipe and Shuxiong Recipe could lower the ST weight and reduce the infarct sizes of myocar dial. At the same time, they could improve the levels of NO and reduce the levds of ET - 1 and cTNI in serum. Conclusion： Guanxin danshen Recipe, Jingzhiguanxin Recipe and Shuxiong Recipe showed nice protective effects in acute myocardial ischemia rats.
