授权能力对2型糖尿病患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨授权能力是否影响2型糖尿病患者生存质量,为临床开展针对性的健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,对58例住院的2型糖尿病患者的授权能力和生存质量进行调查。结果 (1)患者的授权能力平均得分为(3.72±0.36)分,授权总分处于低、中、高水平的分别占13.8%、75.9%和10.3%;(2)患者生存质量的平均得分为(49.41±8.67)分,生存质量整体水平较低的患者占1.7%,中等水平占86.2%,较高水平占12.1%。糖尿病对患者心理/精神维度的影响最大,其次是生理维度,对社会维度的影响最小;(3)生存质量总分与授权能力呈负相关关系(r=-0.27,P<0.05);生存质量量表中的生理维度与治疗维度与授权能力得分呈负相关关系(r=-0.3^-0.38,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者的授权能力及生存质量状况处于中等水平,患者授权能力越高,糖尿病对其生存质量的影响越小。Objective To investigate the relationship between the empowerment and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide reference for making targeted healthy education. Method A convince sample of 58 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated with the questionnaire of DSQL and DES-SF. Result （1） The average score of DES-SF was （3.72±0.36）. There were 13.8% patients with the low level of empower- ment, 75.9% patients in the medium level and 10.3% patients in the higher level; （2） Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had the average score of （49.41±8.67） for the quality of life. There were 1.7% patients in the low level of quality of life, 86.2% patients in the medium level and 12.1% patients in the higher level. The disease had the greatest impact on the dimension of psychological, the next is physical. It has the least impact on the subscale of so- cial; （3） The DSQL was negatively correlated with DES-SF （r=- 0.27,P〈0.05）; The subscale of physical and treatment of DSQL were negatively correlated with the empowerment （r=-0. 3--0. 38, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The empowerment and quality of life were in the medium level. The higher level of the empowerment, the diabetes has less impact on the patients quality of lift.
