摘  要:目的了解入伍新兵人群结核杆菌(MTB)IgG抗体的流行分布情况,为今后预防MTB感染提供科学依据。方法采用血清流行病学调查方法,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术,对我区近8年来自16个省市的364名入伍新兵血清进行了MTB—IgG抗体检测并进行统计分析。结果来自16个省市8年间入伍的364名新兵,发现历年间抗体阳性率存在显著性差异;天津市(86.96%)、湖南省(86.36%)、江苏省(78.26%)和内蒙古自治区(78.26%)阳性率较高,其中甘肃省(21.74%)、黑龙江省(26.09%)和四川省(34.78%)相对较低,显著性检验差别有统计学意义,阳性率21.74%-86.96%,平均阳性率为57.14%。此外,沿海地区与内陆地区间抗体阳性率也存在显著差异。入伍前工作与否,抗体阳性检出率无显著性差别。结论新兵人群抗体阴性率较高,易感性高,部队各级卫生管理部门应高度关注结核病的预防工作。Objective To investigate the distribution of mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) antibody IgG in population of recruits, to provide scientific evidences for further prevention. Methods A seroepidemiology study was conducted by using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), serum samples of 364 recruits, who came from 16 provinces during the past eight years, were tested to detect MTB antibody IgG and the overall positive rate was analysed statistically. Results In serum samples of 364 recruits, who came from 16 provinces during the past eight years, there was significant difference in serum MTB antibody IgG levels among in each years; regional differences existed, the higher level was found in recruits from Tianjin (86.96%), Hunan (86.36%), Jiangsu (78.26%) and Inner Mongolia autonomous region (78.26%), and lower level from Gansu (21.74%), Heilongjiang (26.09%) and Sichuan (34.78%), the difference was significantly different, the positive rate was 21.74%-86.96%, and the average positive rate was 57.14%. Foreland and inland regions had obvious differences in positive rates. There was no significant correlation in positive rate of antibody of the recruits with or without a job before their recruitment. Conclusion The negative rate of antibody in new soldier crowd is higher, susceptibility is higher to the infection of MTB, hygiene administrative departments at all levels in the troops should attach high attention to the prevention work of tuberculosis.
