摘 要:目的 全面评估分析居民参与全民健康生活方式行动的效果。方法 选择已开展行动的干预地区(青秀区)和未开展行动的对照地区(兴宁区)辖区内18~69岁常住居民各约500名作为调查对象,采用由国家全民健康生活方式行动办公室统一编制的《居民调查问卷》,收集被调查对象的相关信息,通过核心指标的分析,对健康行动干预地区居民的行为改变效果进行评估。结果 已干预地区居民健康核心指标知晓率:食盐摄入量标准74.07%、烹调用油摄入量标准71.51%,正常腰围值标准56.58%、正常BMI值标准22.00%、推荐的成人身体活动水平90.37%。已干预地区居民健康行为率:注意膳食能量平衡78.78%、注意食物种类多样化65.71%、限制饮酒76.42%、有意识多锻炼75.05%、使用控油壶75.44%、使用限盐勺76.23%、购物时查看标签选择低钠食品67.58%。结论 已干预地区居民对健康核心指标的知晓率明显高于对照地区居民,尤其是对食盐摄入量标准、烹调用油摄入量标准、正常腰围值以及BMI值和推荐的身体活动水平的知晓率提高20-30%;使用控油壶、限盐勺控制用量和经常使用腰围尺或BMI尺的比例也明显高于对照地区居民10%~15%。注重食物能量摄入平衡、有意识地锻炼、维持健康体重以及控油、限盐已成为干预地区大部分居民日常的自觉行为。Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of National Campaign on healthy life style for all. Methods Selected a intervention group with campaign-execution (Qingxiu district) and a control group without campaign-execution (Xingning district) to conduct a questionnaire survey under the leadership of the national campaign project office, so as to collect relevant information of interviewees, and by analyzing the core indicators of the survey, to evaluate the effect of residents' behavior change in the interven- tion district. Results Awareness rates of main core health indicators in the intervention district were: 74.07% for salts intake stan- dards, 71.51% for cooking oil intake standards, 56.58% for normal waist circumstance (WC) standards, 22.00% for normal Body Mass Index (BMI), 90.37% for recommended Adu|ts Physical Activity (APA) level; Healthy behavior rates in the intervention district were: 78.78% for dietary energy balance, 65.71% for foods variety selection, 76.42% for limiting alcohol drinks, 75.05% for inten- tionally more physical exercises, 75.44% for using oil-control containers, 76.23% for using salt-control spoons, 67.58% for selecting low sodium food by checking the nutrition labels. Conclusion The awareness rate of health core indicators in intervention group is obviously higher than the control group, especially up to 20-30% higher for salts and cooking oil intake value standards, normal WC value, normal BM1 and recommended APA level; the rate of using oil/salts control tools and waistline tape is also much higher than control group by 10-15%. Paying attention to dietary energy balance, physical exercises, oil/salts control have been the daily conscious action for most of residents in intervention district.
