不同品质食用白酒致大鼠肝脏损伤差异分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同品质浓香型白酒致SD大鼠肝脏损伤差异。方法 55只雄性SD大鼠随机分为:酒样①组、酒样②组、48v/v酒精对照组以及空白对照组,以慢性酒精性肝病大鼠模型建立方式灌胃30 d后处死实验动物,检测血清中氧化指标超氧化物歧化酶SOD、丙二醛MDA;肝功能指标谷丙转氨酶ALT、谷草转氨酶AST、谷氨酰转肽酶GGT;血脂指标甘油三酯TG、高密度脂蛋白HDL-C、胆固醇CHOL;并制作病理学切片,用SPSS16.0对结果进行统计学分析。结果连续灌胃30 d后,各指标均出现明显差异,与①号酒样组相比,②号酒样组的SOD降低(P<0.05)、MDA(P<0.01);ALT、AST、GGT均升高(P<0.05);HDL-C、CHOL升高(P<0.05);饮酒组较空白对照组相比,肝脏系数、TG饮酒组均升高(P<0.05),从病理切片来看,②号酒样组比①号酒样组的病变程度更严重。结论30 d灌胃后②号酒样对肝脏的损害大于①号酒样,提示不同品质白酒致肝脏损伤存在差异。Objective The aim of this research was to evaluate the different damages to liver caused by different quality of Luzhou-flavor liquor. Methods 55 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into： wine sample group ①, wine sample group ②, alcohol control group （48% ethanol solution） and blank control group, lavaged these rats with chronic alcoholism for 30 days. Im- pairments of liver were observed after the rats were sacrificed and detected serum oxidative damage index included T - SOD, MDA; liver function indexes included ALT, AST, GGT; blood fat indexed included TG, HDL - C, CHOL; serum, made pathology section; used SPSS16.0 to do the statistical analysis. Results There was a statistical difference （P〈0.05） between two Luzhou-flavor liquor groups which were administered intragastrically for 30 days. Compared with the group （1）, the content of SOD was lower （P〈0.05）, MDA was higher （P〈0.05）; ALT, AST, GGT, HDL-C, CHOL were higher （P〈0.05） in group （~）; compared to the blank group, the liver coefficient, TG were higher （P〈0.05）, and compared to the group ①, group ② had serious damage in pathology. Conclusion After lavaging rats for 30 days, compared to the group ①, the extent of damage in liver is serious in the group ②, which demon- strates that different kinds of liquor will do harm to the liver at different levels.
