摘　　要：目的 了解2县留守儿童预防接种现况，为做好留守儿童预防接种工作供参考。方法 采取随机抽样法对2个农村县450名1～6岁留守儿童进行国家免疫规划疫苗接种率调查，以问卷形式对386名留守儿童监护人进行预防接种知识知晓情况调查。结果 留守儿童疫苗全程合格接种率低于江西省免疫规划要求的90%目标，不同年龄组儿童接种率差异有统计学意义。留守儿童监护人的年龄、文化程度及对预防接种知识知晓程度是影响留守儿童疫苗接种率的主要因素。结论 要做好留守儿童预防接种工作应采取强化政府部门的领导，开展多种形式的宣传及做好儿童入托、入学查验预防接种证工作等综合性措施，保障留守儿童健康。Objective To understand the situation of left-behind children immunization vaccination in the 2 counties of Jiangxi province, give the reference to improve the vaccination work for the left-behind children. Methods We took a random sample of 450 1-6 years old of left-behind children in 2 counties to understand the immunization vaccination rate, used the questionnaire to understand the awareness of vaccination knowledge in 386 left-behind children＇s guardians. Results The whole course vaccination rate of left-behind children was below 90% that target of Expanded Program on Immunization （EPI） of Jiangxi province. The chil- dren＇s immunization coverage rate in different age groups had significant difference. The age, cultural level and awareness on vacci- nation knowledge level of the left-behind children＇s guardians were the main reasons that causing the low vaccination rate of the left-behind children. Conclusion To do a good job of left-behind children vaccination should be strengthen the leadership of the government departments, carry out various forms of propaganda, and examine the immunization certificate of children before they go into the nursery or the primary school, only that we can protect the left-behind children＇s health.
