摘 要:目的分析历年来济南市急性脑炎、脑膜炎病例病原谱构成,为急性脑炎、脑膜炎病例的防治提供依据。方法对六家哨点医院报告病例进行调查采样,通过实验室检测,得出急性脑炎、脑膜炎病例病原谱构成,并进行统计学分析。结果在实验室确诊病例中,病毒性感染占95.03%(745/784),细菌感染占4.97%(39/784),病毒感染中主要是乙脑、人类肠道病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、流行性腮腺炎病毒,细菌性感染中为肺炎链球菌和流行性脑膜炎球菌。时间分布上主要集中在7-9月份,人群分布上10岁以下和老年人为主,男女比为1.71︰1,职业分布主要集中在托幼儿童、散居儿童、学生和农民。结论无疫苗预防的病原引起的急性脑炎、脑膜炎所占的比例较高,应引起关注。Objective To analyze the pathogen spectrum of cases from AMES Sentinel Surveillance Hospitals; to provide reference of controlling and preventing AEMS. Methods Through surveying and collecting the samples of the cases from six sentinel surveil- lance hospitals, developed laboratory detection and diagnosis, drawn and analyzed the pathogen spectrum of AMES cases. Results In the 2 289 AMES cases confirmed in laboratory there were 95.03% (745/784) infected by viruses and 4.97% (39/784) infected by bacteria. The main pathogen spectrum was Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), human enteroviruses (HEV), herpes simplex virus (HSV), mumps virus (MuV), streptococcus pneumonias (S.p) and neisseria meningitidis (Nm). The confirmed cases were mainly oc- curred from July to September. Most AMES eases were under 10 years old or the aged, the sex ratio of male to female cases was 1.71:1. It's professional distribution mainly concentrated in the peasants and the children who lived scatteredly, students and preschool children. Conclusion The proportion of AMES cases attacked by non-vaccine preventable pathogens is higher than oth- ers, they should be paid more attention.
