摘 要:结晶紫(cv)在导电碳黑糊电极(CCBPE)上具有灵敏的伏安响应,实验对其氧化还原机理进行了推导,结果表明:以pH8.0的B·R缓冲液为支持电解质,CV发生2电子转移的不可逆氧化,过程受吸附控制。在富集时间、富集电位、pH等影响因子得到优化情况下,其半微分一脉冲伏安扫描氧化峰值与其浓度在0.03~1.30~mol/L范围内呈线性,检出限为10nmol/L。据此建立了CV的电化学快检方法,并应用于淡水渔业水体中痕量CV的测定,平均回收率为97.1%。Crystal violet (CV) displays sensitive vohammetric responses at a the conductive carbon black paste electrode (CCBPE). Herein the redox mechanism of CV on the CCBPE was studied. In the Britton-Robinson buffer solution of pH 8.0, an irreversible and adsorption-controlled oxidation reaction with 2 electrons participated occurs. After the experimental parameters, including accumulation time, accumulation potential, pH of supporting electrolyte etc. , were optimized, it was found that the semi-differential pulse voltammetric anodic peak value (ip',) of CV is proportional to its concentration in the range of 0. 03 ~ 1.30 ~mol/L with a detection limit of 10nmol/L (S/N --3). Then, a rapid method was developed and applied in detecting trace amount of CV quantitatively in real samples from freshwater fisheries environment with satisfactory results (average recovery 97. 1% ).
