摘 要:采用了紫外分光光度法同时对喹啉、吲哚、联苯3组分的含量进行测定。根据喹啉、吲哚、联苯的紫外吸收光谱特征,确定266,290和313nm3个波长作为测定波长。研究表明,在0~12mg/L范围内,浓度和吸光度呈良好线性关系;266,290和313nm波长处喹啉、吲哚、联苯的吸光度具有较好的加和性,适用于多组分的同时测定;喹啉、吲哚、联苯的相对标准偏差分别为1.6%,1.0%,0.76%,采用标准加入法对3种物质进行了回收实验,回收率分别为98.5%~100.6%,97.5%~101.8%,98.8%~102.0%。Three components of quinoline, indole and biphenyl were determined by the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry. According ultraviolet absorption spectral characteristics of quinoline, indole and biphenyl, 266, 290 and 313nm were selected as the optimized measurement wavelengths. The results are as follows: there was a good linear relationship between concentration and absorbance in the range of 0 - 12 mg/L. Absorbances of quinoline, indole, biphenyl had good additivity at wavelengeths of 266,290 and 313nm, and it's suitable for simultaneous determination of muhicomponents. The relative standard deviations of quinoline, indole and biphenyl were 1.6%, 1.0% and 0. 76%, respectively, and the recoveries were 98.5% - 100. 6%, 97. 5% - 101.8% and 98. 8% - 102. 0% respectively by using the standard addition method.
