摘 要:探讨了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定齿科烤瓷修复用金基和钯基合金中银的不确定度的评价方法。分析了不确定度的重要来源,包括称样质量、标准溶液的配制、工作曲线拟合、试液定容体积及测量重复性等引入的不确定度分量组成。对各不确定度分量进行分析计算,求得标准不确定度为0.023%,扩展不确定度为0.046%。A method for evaluating the uncertainty of atomic absorption spectrometry in the determination of silver content in gold alloys and palladium alloys for dental ceramic restorative was developed. The results show that the main sources of the total uncertainty consist of partial uncertainties which come from weighing mass of the sample, preparation of standard solution of silver, fitting of the calibration curves, volume of the sample solution, reproducibility of the measurements and so on. Each partial uncertainty of measurement was analyzed and calculated and the standard uncertainty of 0. 023% and the expanded uncertainty of 0. 046% were obtained.
