摘 要:小麦品种保丰104具有良好的抗白粉病特性。为了解其抗病性的遗传基础,利用保丰104/辽春10号得到F2分离群体和F2:3家系,对其苗期抗病性进行了鉴定和遗传分析,并对其所携带的抗病基因进行了独立性测验及分子标记定位。结果表明,保丰104可能含有两个抗白粉病基因,其中一个抗白粉病基因与Xcfd81紧密连锁,可能是Pm2,另一个与CINAU127紧密连锁,可能是Pm6。Baofeng104 is an elite wheat variety with great powdery mildew resistance. The F2 segrega- ting population and their corresponding F2,3 families originating from a cross between Baofeng 104 and susceptible variety Liaochun 10 were used to understand the genetic basis of the resistance to powdery mildew in this paper. The resistance to powdery mildew of those materials at seedling stage was test- ed, then the genetic analysis, independent test and molecular mapping of the powdery mildew resist- ant genes in Baofeng 104 was conducted. The results indicated that two genes were probably related to the powdery mildew resistance in Baofeng 104. One of the two resistant genes was closely linked to molecular marker Xcfd81 , possibly was Pro2 , and the other one was closely linked to molecular
