摘 要:目的研究三黄茵赤汤的急性毒性,为临床安全使用该方提供实验依据。方法用最大给药量150g/(kg·d)的三黄茵赤汤给小鼠灌胃7天,观察小鼠的毒性反应,记录小鼠的死亡情况。检测小鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的水平,病理切片观察肝脏的损伤程度。结果实验小鼠未出现毒性反应,与对照组比较,体重变化差异不显著(P>0.05),与对照组比较,AST和ALT的含量无统计学差异(P>0.05),最大给药量相当于60kg体重成人临床推荐剂量的82倍。结论三黄茵赤汤最大给药量对实验小鼠肝脏无毒性,三黄茵赤汤临床剂量服用安全。Objective To study the acute toxicity of Sanhuangyinchi ( SHYC ) decoction in order to provide the experimental basis for clinical use. Methods SHYC decoction at the concentration of 150g/(kg· d)was orally given to mice for 7 days. To observe toxic reaction and record the number of dead mice. To determine the concentration of both AST and ALT in mice. Liver slice were used to observe damage of liver. Results The obvious toxic reaction was not observed in experimental group. There was no signifi- cant difference in body weight to compare with the control group ( P 〉 0.05). The maximum administration dose was 82 times the clinical dose. Conclusion The maximum administration doses of SHYC decoction can not induce liver damage in mice and it is safe in clinical doses.
