摘 要:目的研究薏苡茎、叶不同提取物的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法分别用水、乙醇、甲醇、丙酮和氯仿等5种不同溶剂对薏苡茎、叶进行回流提取,采用MTT法测定不同浓度的薏苡茎、叶水提取液、乙醇提取液、甲醇提取液、丙酮提取液、氯仿提取液对Hela细胞增殖的影响,并计算其IC50。结果不同溶剂的薏苡茎、叶提取液对Hela细胞增殖均有一定的抑制作用,其中以水提取液、乙醇提取液对Hela细胞增殖抑制作用最明显,茎水提取液、叶水提取液、茎乙醇提取液和叶乙醇提取液的IC50分别为0.134 3,0.126 6,0.348 2,0.181 8 g/ml,叶提取物活性高于茎提取物活性。结论薏苡茎、叶提取物能抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖,具有抗癌活性。Objective To explore the anti - tumor activities of stalks and leaves of Coix. Methods Water, ethanol, methanol, ace- tone and ehloroform respectively solvents reflux extraetion were used on the stalks and leaves of Coix. MTT assay was used to deter- mine the inhibited extracts for ten kinds of extract of stalks and leaves of Coix on cervical cancer Hela cells in vitro. Results There were obvious differences in different extracts of stalks and leaves of Coix on the growth of cervical cancer Hela cells. The inhibited effect of water extract and ethanol extract was the most powerful,and the IC50 of were 0. 134 3,0. 126 6,0. 348 2 and 0. 181 8 g/ ml. Leaf extract activity was higher than stalk extract activity. Conclusions Extracts of stalks and leaves of Coix could inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells.
