摘　　要：目的建立HPLC测定苍苓止泻口服液中葛根素的含量。方法Innovation Explore rC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，柱温30℃，流动相甲醇-水（22：78）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长250nm。结果葛根素浓度在0．2865～2．865μg与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为101．89％，RSD为1．80％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、可靠稳定，可用于苍苓止泻口服液中葛根素的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Puerarin in Cangling Zhixie oral solution. Methods The Innovation Explorer C18 HPLC Column was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol -water（22：78） ;the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min ^-1 ;the detection wavelength was at 250 nm,and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results A good linear eorre- lation of was observed within the range of 0.2865 μg -2. 865 μg（r = 0.9999）. The average recovery was 101.89% with RSD of 2.73% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of Puerarin in Cangling Zbixie oral solution.
