摘　　要：目的介绍江苏省名中医吴旭教授运用腕踝针治疗失眠的临证经验。方法从吴旭教授的学术流派、进针部位、针刺手法、临证经验等方面进行探讨总结。结果吴老身为南京中医药大学博士生导师、附属医院主任中医师,具有独特的针刺手法及丰富的临床经验,其运用腕踝针治疗失眠取得了良好的疗效。结论吴旭教授运用腕踝针治疗失眠的临床经验值得深入学习和总结。Objective To introduce the academic ideas and the clinical experiences on Wrist - ankle Acupuncture for Insomnia treatment by Wu Xu, well known senior TCM doctor. Methods To discuss and summarize systematically clinical material of Wu Xu profesor by academic school, acupoints,wrist -ankle acupuncture technique and clinical experience on insomnia. Results Wu Xu as a PhD supervisor and senior doctor of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, has take shape unique acupuncture technique and abundant clinical experiences, the method of wrist - ankle acupuncture he used had a good effect on treating insomnia. Con- clusion There is a wide range of research and application prospects on clinical experience on wrist - ankle acupuncture treatment of insomnia by Wu Xu worthy of promotion.
