市售黄芪饮片质量一致性的高效液相指纹图谱法评价

摘　　要：目的比较全国不同地区市售黄芪饮片的质量一致性，为其质量评价提供参考。方法采用HPLC指纹图谱法测定不同地区的26份市售黄芪饮片和对照药材的指纹图谱，色谱条件为：AngilentTC—C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱；流动相为乙腈一0．05％磷酸水溶液；流速为1．0ml／min；检测波长为203nm。通过系统聚类分析、相似度计算等方法对结果进行分析比较。结果建立了黄芪饮片的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法；确定了25个共有特征峰；26份市售黄芪饮片被聚为两类，其相似度为O．731～0．975；26份市售黄芪饮片与对照药材蒙古黄芪指纹图谱的相似度结果为0．389—0．827，而与对照药材膜荚黄芪指纹图谱的相似度结果为0．195—0．425。结论不同地区的市售黄芪饮片的质量一致性欠佳，大多数饮片与蒙古黄芪比较一致。Objective To evaluate the quality coherence of the prepared slices of Radix Astragali commercially available in Chi- na. Methods To obtain the fingerprints using HPLC method, and analyze the data by cluster analysis and similarity Evaluation. Results Twenty -six batches of prepared slices of Radix Astragali were clustered into 2 groups with similarities of 0.731 -0. 975. Their similarities with the standard crude drug prepared from the radix of Astragalus membranaceus （ Fisch. ） Bge. var. mongholi- cus （ Bge. ） Hsiao were 0. 389 - 0. 827, and those with A. membranaceus （ Fisch. ） Bge. were 0. 195 ~ 0. 425. Conclusion The quality of the prepared slices tested was less comparable, and most of the prepared slices tested were more similar to those prepared from the radix of A. membrattaceus （ Fiseh. ） Bge. var. rnongholicus （ Bge. ） Hsiao.
