摘  要:为完善双曲线型钢筋混凝土冷却塔类建筑在近年爆破拆除施工中的爆破技术和安全措施,以焦作电厂2座100 m高钢筋混凝土冷却塔定向控制爆破拆除为例,在分析冷却塔爆破拆除结构特点的基础上,采用了塔体预处理,只爆人字柱的爆破技术方案,包括预处理措施、爆破缺口确定、爆破参数选择和起爆网路敷设等;同时,针对冷却塔控制爆破过程中可能出现的危害,从爆破飞石防护、爆破震动控制等方面采取了针对性的安全措施.结果表明:采用的技术和措施合理,爆破成功.In order to improve the blasting technology and security control used in explosive demolition of hyperbolic type of construction of reinforced concrete cooling tower construction in recent years, this study took directional controlled blasting of Jiaozuo Power Plant 2 100 m high reinforced concrete cooling tower as example, analyzed the structural characteristics of the cooling tower demolition based on the use of the "tower pretreatment, only the word explosion plume" blasting technology programs, including pre-treatment measures to determine the gap blasting, blasting parameters selection and initiation network laying. Meanwhile, considering the potential hazards that may arise from blasting process control of cooling tower, this study took accordingly security measures in protective and blasting vibration, etc. The results show that the utilized techniques and measures were reasonable and the blasting was successful.
