摘 要:为解决综采成套设备配套多样性、单机研发孤立、自动化程度低、可靠性不高等问题,采用系统分析的方法,从实现功能的角度,把传统"采煤系统"进行分解,提出一个完整的"智能化联合采煤系统"或"智能化采煤机器人"的概念.对其中的关键技术进行了具体的论述,重点包括:系统配套性要求、系统可靠性分析、系统级传动仿真手段、振动测试技术、自动化功能要求、开采工艺分析等方面.通过分析不难看出,基于系统的智能化联合采煤机系统无论在设计可靠性还是自动化等方面都具有显著的优势.为未来综采成套装备的发展与研制提供了有意义的指导.To solve the main problems ot the tradmonal meclaamzeO mining eqmpments, mcluamg multi-formalities of equipment matching, independency of research and design, shortcoming of automation, and low reliability of the equipment etc., this study utilized systemic analysis method, divided the traditional mining system into different parts, and defined a complete intelligent coal mining combine system or the intelligent coal mining robot. The relevant key techniques of the whole system were discussed in the paper, which includes the rule of equipment matching, analysis of system reliability, simulation method of gearing in system, the vibration test, the requirement of automation and automation mining process. It is proved that the advantages of the whole intelligent coal mining combine system are obvious especially in both reliability and automation. The whole system defined in the paper provided reference and guidance for the future development direction of the mechanized mining equipment.
