摘 要:对大规模风电接入后,如何在现有电源结构的基础上确定合理的系统旋转备用的问题进行了研究。以燃料费用和停电损失最小为目标建立了电源出力配置模型,在原有约束条件的基础上,添加了切负荷率和风电功率切除概率2个约束条件,采用多目标鱼群-蜂群算法确定各时段的最优旋转备用容量。对IEEE 39节点10机系统进行了仿真分析,结果表明,提出的模型和算法在保证系统可靠性前提下能够尽可能多地接纳风电。The rational determination of system spinning reserve is researched based on the existing structure of power sources including the grid-connected large-scale wind farms. A power output configuration model is built,which takes the minimum sum of fuel cost and power outage loss as its objectives,adds the load shedding rate and the probability of wind power trip to original constraints,and applies the multi- objective fish colony-bee colony algorithm to determine the optimal capacity of spinning reserve for each period. Simulative analysis is carried out for IEEE 39-bus 10-generator system and results show that,the proposed model and algorithm can accept the wind power as much as possible while the system reliability is ensured.
