基于养阴清热辨证治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴清热方联合口腔溃疡糊治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效。方法:观察249例门诊患者,并按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组和观察组各83例。治疗组采用口腔溃疡糊局部用药加口服养阴清热方,对照组采用西药口腔溃疡糊局部用药,观察组单用养阴清热方口服治疗。结果:局部疗效总有效率治疗组100%,对照组100%,观察组97.59%,3组两两比较显效率和有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全身疗效总有效率治疗组98.73%,对照组50%,观察组98.77%,3组两两比较治疗组和对照组之间各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合运用中药养阴清热方和西药口腔溃疡糊对阴虚火旺型复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效显著。Objective： To evaluate Yang Yin Qing Re prescription and Kou Qiang Kui Yang Hu treating RAU effectiveness. Method：249 patients of RAU were divided into three groups randomly. Each group had 83 patients. The experimental group were treated by Yang Yin Qing Re prescription and Kou Qiang Kui Yang Hu. The comparison group were treated by Kou Qiang Kui Yang Hu. Observation group were treated by Yang Yin Qing Re prescription. Result： The effective rates of experimental group on local treatment is 100% ,the effective rates of comparison group in local treatment is 100% , the effective rates of observation group in local treatment is 97.59%. Statistically significant differences were found between the experimental group and the comparison group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rates of experimental group in systemic treatment is 98.73% ,the effective rates of comparison group in systemic treatment is 50% , the effective rates of observation group in systemic treatment is 98.77%. Statistically significant differences were found between the experimental group and the comparison group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： There are excellent effectiveness of Yang Yin Qing Re prescription combined with Kou Qiang Kui Yang Hu on the treatment of RAU.
