2种张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的:比较改良张力带与AO张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用改良张力带内固定和AO张力带内固定髌骨骨折患者共57例,分别治疗髌骨骨折,2组均采用切开复位内固定方式,术后均不需要石膏外固定,进行早期功能练习。结果:改良张力带组术后并发症少,治疗效果优良率明显高于AO张力带组。结论:改良张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折是治疗髌骨骨折的理想的治疗方法,它操作简便,创伤小,效果可靠,并发症少,膝关节功能恢复好,具有一定的临床推广价值。Objective： Compare the improved tension band and the clinical curative effect of AO tension band fixation treatment of pa- tella fracture. Methods： Modified tension band internal fixation with AO tension band internal fixation, a total of 57 patients with patellar fracture, treatment of patella fracture , two groups adopt open reduction and internal fixation method, all dont need a plaster external fixa- tion postoperatively, do the early functional exercise. Results：Modified tension band group of less postoperative complications, treatment group was significantly higher than AO tension band. Conclusion： Modified tension band internal fixation treatment of patella fracture is the ideal treatment of patellar fracture treatment, it is easy to operate, trauma is small, effect is reliable, fewer complications, knee joint func- tional recovery is good, has certain clinical value.
