皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤瘢痕中的应用效果与安全性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤瘢痕中的临床效果与安全性。方法：将本院2011年6月～2013年9月收治的90例烧伤瘢痕患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例，对照组患者给予疤痕止痒软化乳膏治疗，观察组患者给予皮肤软组织扩张术治疗，比较2组患者的临床疗效与并发症。结果：观察组患者显效率为71．1％，总有效率为93．3％；对照组患者的显效率为44．4％，总有效率为80．0％，2组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组患者的并发症发生率为6．7％，对照组患者的并发症发生率为17．8％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤瘢痕中的临床效果显著，且并发症发生率较低，安全性较高。Objective：To explore the clinical effect and safety research of skin soft tissue expansion technique in burn scar .Methods：90 cases of burn scar patients were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to September 2011 , they were divided into observation group and control group , each group of 45 cases each , the control group patients were give itching softening scar cream treatment , the observation group of patients for the treatment of skin soft tissue expansion , the clinical curative effect and complications of the two groups were com-pared.Results：The efficiency was 71.1%, total effective rate was 93.3%in the control group;the efficiency was 44.4%, total effective rate 80.0%was in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The observation group of patients with complication rate was 6.7%, control group patients complications was 17.8%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The skin soft tissue expansion technique in burn scar clinical effect is remarkable , and a lower incidence of complications , higher security .
