摘　　要：目的:了解和提高手术团队成员手卫生依从性,为医护人员执行手卫生规范提供依据。方法:现场观察和发放问卷方式。结果:76.45%认为难按照"手卫生指南"做好洗手工作,33%认为在摆完体位后未洗手进行导尿有交叉感染的风险,57.2%认为静脉穿刺或硬外穿刺未洗手进行其他操作有交叉感染的风险,20%手术医生接台手术摘手套后未外科洗手有交叉感染的风险。结论:加强手卫生知识培训和督导,确保患者安全。Objective ： To understand and improve operation team member hand hygiene compliance, provide the basis for medical staff hand hygiene norms. Methods：field observation and the questionnaire way. Results：76.45% think that it is difficult to ＂hand hygiene guidelines＂ to wash. 33% thinks that the vein or epidural puncture did not wash his hands to other operational risk. 20% operation doctor have cross infection after operation gloves without surgical hand washing has the risk of cross infection in the pendulum end position did not wash his hands after catheterization has the risk of cross infection. 57.2%. Conclusion：to strengthen the hand hygiene knowledge training and supervision, to ensure patient safety.
