综合护理对颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤病人呼吸系统的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤患者呼吸系统的主要护理方法，制定较完善的临床护理方案。方法：回顾分析我院2008～2013收入院的25例颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤的病人接受综合护理的疗效。结果：我院25例患者，其中19例康复好转，气管切开8例，发生并发症14例，其中肺部感染7例，发生急性呼吸衰竭2例，死亡3例。结论：制定系统的呼吸系统的护理方案、规范化的护理可减少颈椎骨折伴颈髓损伤病人因急性呼吸衰竭和肺部感染而致的死亡，提高病人的康复机会。Objective：To investigate the major methods of nursing care of repiratory system in cervical Spine fracture combined with spinal cord injury patients ,then formulate more perfect clinical nursing protocols .Methods：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 25 cases with cervical fracture combined with spinal cord injury admitted in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 years , all the patients were given comprehensive nursing care .Results： Of 25 cases of patients , 19 patients recovered , 8 patients were operated with incision of trache, 14 cases of complications ,including 7 cases of pulmonary infection ,2 cases of acute respiratory failure .3 patients died .Conclu-sion：The prevention and therapy of respiratory complications is the key to the nursing care of the patients with cervical Spine fracture com -bined with spinal cord injury .Systematic respiratory nursing protocals and normalization of nursing can reduce the occurrence of death caused by the acute respiratory failure and pulmonary infection in the patients with cervical spine fracture combined with spinal cord inju -ry, and it also improve the patients＆#39;rehabilitation.
