北美车前抽提液对常见十字花科蔬菜种子萌发特性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探索北美车前对十字花科蔬菜种植的影响。[方法]以花菜、白皮棒菜、改良榨菜、五月慢、杨花萝卜、嫩苔、紫钻等十字花科蔬菜为受试对象,通过种子发芽试验,研究北美车前抽提液对种子萌发的影响。[结果]北美车前抽提液对花菜、白皮棒菜、改良榨菜种子发芽率有显著影响,对花菜根茎伸长具有较大的抑制作用。[结论]受北美车前危害的蔬菜种植地区,在选择种植花菜、白皮棒菜、改良榨菜时应慎重。[ Objective] To explore the effect of Plantago virgincia on common Cruciferae vegetable planting. [ Method ] With cauliflower, Baipibangcai, improved mustard, Wuyueman, Yanghualuobo, Nentai, Zizuan and other cruciferous crops as subjects, explore the effect of Plautago virginica＇ s extract on germination with seed germination test. [ Result] Plantago virginica extracts can markedly affect the germina- tion rate of cauliflower, Baipibangcai and improved mustard. And it can inhibit the crop radicle and hypocotyl growth of cauliflower. [ Conclu- sion ] In the districts of Plautago virginica planted, it should be discreet on planting the cauliflower, Baipibangcai and improved mustard.
