贵州黄鸡及其亲本品种生产性能试验

摘　　要：贵州黄鸡是我院科研鸡场近年来采用复交育种法育成的蛋肉兼用型鸡品种。对贵州黄鸡及其亲本品种威宁鸡(母本、产于我省威宁县的一本地品种)、新汉夏和金黄洛克(父本)以及郑州红鸡(国内新育成的同类型鸡种)等五品种进行了生产性能对比试验。结果表明:贵州黄鸡在体重增长、产蛋性能、屠宰性能等方面与其父本(新汉夏、金黄洛克)及郑州红鸡相似,而远远超过母本威宁鸡;此外,对贵州黄、威宁鸡和金黄洛克肉和汤的品偿比较表明贵州黄味道最佳。因此,可以认为,贵州黄鸡的培育成效明显。Guizhou Brown Fowl is a doublepurpose breed of lien developed by crossbreeding with multiple breeds in the experimental poultry farm of our college recently.The performance test were made with five breeds: Guizhou Brown Fowl and its parent breeds weining Fowl(a native breed of weining county,as dam parent) and Gold Plymouth Rock and New Hampshire (as sire parents) and Zhengzhou Red Fowl (a doublepurpose breed developed in Henan province) .The test proved that Guizhou Brown Fowl s performance involved grow of live weight, egg production, carcass characteres and etc.is similar as its sire parent breeds (Gold plymouth Rock and New Hampshire) and Zhengzhou Red Fowl; But shows a great advantage over its dam parent breed (Weining Fowl).In addition to those, the taste in flavour of both meat and soup of the Guizhou Brown Fowl is the best in comparing with Weining Fowl and Gold Plymouth Rock. Whereas,it is sure that developing of the Guizhou Brown Fowl had a tangible effect.
