摘  要:通过FIAlab-3500顺序注射仪与镉柱相连,采用格里斯试剂比色法测定样品中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐。对显色剂的浓度、样品及显色剂的注入量、流速和停留时间等参数进行了优化。结果表明,硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含氮质量浓度在0~10mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,线性方程分别为Y=0.2317x=0.0196(R2=0.9991);Y=0.2500x=0.0325(R2=0.9992)。硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的检出限分别为0.0036mg/L和0.0033mg/L,相对标准偏差分别为1.9%和1.3%,加标回收率为96%~105%。The FIAlab-3500 sequential injection connected with cadmium colum is used to determine nitrate and nitrite in the sample with the method of griess reagent colorimetric. The concentration of chromogenic reagent, the injection rate of sample and chromogenic reagent, flow rate and reaction time are optimized. The results show that the calibration curve is linear over the range0-10 mg/L of nitrate and nitrite, and the linear equation is y0. 231 7x--O. 019 6(R2:0. 999 1)and y: 0. 250 0x=0. 032 5(R2 =0. 999 2)respectively. The detection limits are 0. 003 6 and 0. 003 3 mg/L, the relative standard devi-ation values are 1.9 % and 1.3 % for nitrate and nitrite, respectively, and the recovery of standard addition is 96 % - 105 %.
