摘  要:为了适应电网故障在时间和空间维度的不确定性,在故障特征不明显、信息错误等复杂条件下为调度员完整地重现故障过程,提出了基于变长度染色体遗传算法的电网故障诊断方法。该方法通过故障信息之间的逻辑约束关系生成故障假说;针对信息漏报、误报、时序畸变等复杂情况提出故障假说修正策略;考虑保护装置操作的相关性和电路联系建立了计及保护动作行为一致性的测度函数;采用变长度染色体遗传算法求取最优解,以满足故障假说中事件长度动态变化的要求。可以在故障信息不可信的条件下,有效诊断包含多重不确定因素的复杂电网故障。基于实际电网发生的故障案例验证了所提出方法的有效性。To adapt to the uncertainty of time and space dimensions for power faults, and completely recreate the complex fault process for dispatchers under severe enx;ironrnent, such as no obvious fault feature and data error, a power grid fault diagnosis method based on genetic algorithm with variable length chromosome was presented. According to logic constraint relationship between different events, the fault hypothesis was constructed; and remediation strategies were proposed considering complicated conditions such as data error, loss or time-sequence distortion. Considering the correlation of relay protection operation and circuit connection, the objective function with operation consistency of relay protection taken into account was proposed. The optimal solution was calculated by adopting genetic algorithm with variable length chromosome, to meet the requirements of dynamic change of events length for fault hypothesis. It can effectively diagnose the complex faults containing multiple uncertainties under the condition of incredible fault data. Based on the fault case in an actual regional power grid, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.
