摘 要:长江流域及西南诸河水库信息管理系统在水利部长江水利委员会和长江流域及西南诸河(澜沧江以西)20个省(自治区、直辖市)水行政主管部门的共同努力下,历时5年建设,已于2012年完成第一期建设目标并投入运行。该系统建设过程中,在流域水行政管理方面实现多层级管理、海量数据维护、多部门协同工作、水利信息资源开发利用、整合共享方面取得了突破。简要介绍了系统建设的意义、建设过程、实施效果、系统功能、系统创新及对未来的展望。Phase-I scheme of reservoirs information management system in Yangtze River Basin and rivers in southwest of China was completed and put into operation in 2012 after five years' construction, with the joint efforts of Changjiang Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources and water administrative departments of 20 provinces, autonomous region or municipality. A breakthrough has been realized for integrated utilization of water information and data sharing thanks to the coordinated work of multiple sectors and muhilayer management with mass data maintenance. A brief introduction is made on the significance of the system, as well as its construction process, operation results, functions, innovation and future prospects.
