叶片挤出机制备PP共混复合材料性能研究

摘  要:采用自主研发的叶片挤出机将聚丙烯(PP)分别与聚酰胺66(PA66)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混,得到PP/PA66、PP/PS、PP/LDPE三种复合材料,研究了各组分配比及其相容性对复合材料微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:PP/PA66、PP/PS复合体系的拉伸和弯曲性能随着PA66或PS用量的增加先下降后上升,而PP/LDPE的拉伸和弯曲性能则随着LDPE用量的增加而下降;各组分之间的相容性对材料微观形貌有显著影响,其中PP/LDPE复合材料两相界面相容性较好,而PP/PA66复合材料的界面相容性较差,呈现明显的"海-岛"结构,并且当其配比为70/30时出现共连续相结构。PP/PA66, PP/PS and PP/LDPE composites were prepared by the novel self-made vane extruder. The effects of the weight radios and the compatibility between the two phases on the mechanical property and microstructure of composites were studied respectively. The results show that: the tensile strength and the flexural properties of PP/PA66 and PP/PS both decrease firstly and then increase with the increasing content of PA66 or PS. When refer to PPILDPE composites, the mechanical properties of the composites decrease with the increasing content of LDPE. The compatibility between the two phases has a significant influence on the microstructure of the composites. The compatibility between LDPE and PP is good, but the adhesion between PA66 and PP is so poor that the SEM photos of the section seem to be the unique "sea-island" structure. Interestingly, a bicontinuous phase structure can be observed when the mass radio of PP/PA66 is 70/30.
