摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸-1,4-丁二醇共聚酯(PBAT)/(2-乙基-2-恶唑啉)(PEOX)三元共混物,研究了增容剂PEOX对共混物的微观结构、拉伸性能、热力学性能以及流变性能的影响。结果表明:加入PEOX后,PLA基体与PBAT分散相的相界面性质和相容性得到显著改善;与PLA/PBAT二元共混物相比,加入0.5~3.0份PEOX后,共混体系的断裂伸长率得到进一步提高;加入少量PEOX就可以较大幅度提高PLA/PBAT共混物的熔体流动性能。差示扫描量热(DSC)分析结果表明,PBAT和PEOX的存在未对PLA基体的结晶-熔融行为产生明显影响。Polylactic (PLA)/poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT)/poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline) (PEOX) ternary blends were prepared by using melt blending method. The effects of compatilizer PEOX on microscopic structure, tensile property, thermodynamic property and theological property of PLAIPBAT blends were researched. The results show that: the phase interface property and the compatibility of matrix PLA and disperse phase PBAT significantly improve with the addition of PEOX; compared with that of PLA/PBAT binary blend, the breaking elongation of the blends increases obviously when PEOX of 0.5-3.0 phr is added. The fluidity of PLA/PBAT melts increases significantly with the addition of small amounts of PEOX. The results of DSC show that: the presence of PBAT and PEOX has no effect on the crystallization and melting behaviors of PLA.
