摘 要:利用熔融接枝法,研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)用量、共接枝反应条件对聚乳酸(PLA)熔融接枝马来酸酐(MAH)和GMA的共聚物(PLA-g-MAH/GMA)接枝率、力学性能和生物降解性能的影响。结果表明:低含量GMA有利于提高PLA-g-MAH的拉伸强度,但随着GMA用量的增加,PLA-g-MAH/GMA的接枝率逐渐降低;PLA-g-MAH/GMA的接枝率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率随共接枝反应时间的增加而提高;最大接枝率对应的反应温度为175℃;PLA接枝共聚物的生物降解性较PLA有所下降。PLA copolymer grafted by glycidyl methacrylate and maleic anhydride(PLA-g-MAH/GMA) was prepared by melt grafting method. The effects of GMA content and reaction condition on the grafting rate, mechanical property and the biodegradation property of PLA-g-MAH/GMA were studied. The results show that: low content of GMA is good for improving the tensile strength of PLA-g-MAH/GMA; while with the increasing of GMA, the grafting rate of PLA-g-MAH/GMA gradually declines. As the increase of reaction time, the grafting rate, tensile strength and elongation at break of PLA-g-MAH/GMA increase. The best reaction temperature which can get the highest grafting rate is 175~c. The biodegradability of grafted PLA copolymer declines compared with pure PLA.
