摘　　要：对汽车塑料内饰门板裙边、翻边等变形部位的变形原因进行了分析,并从原料性能、产品结构、模具设计、成型工艺、浇注系统结构等方面提出了针对性解决方案。The deformation causes of automobile plastic interior door skirt, flanging deformation were analyzed, and targeted solutions were put forward from the aspects of raw materials, product structure, mould design, processing, pouring system structure.
