摘　　要：针对实验中心学生教学上的研究,提出研究与工程应用相结合的复合型人才培养模式,并针对中心在该模式上的建设成效和实践效果做了详细的叙述,实践证明,该模式可激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生创新实践能力,提高了中心教学质量。According to the research of education for students studying in experimental center, it proposes interdisciplinary talents cultivation mode combined with research and engineering application. Discusses the construction effect and practice result of the mode used in experimental center in detail. Practice has proved, it promotes the interest in learning for students, enhances abilities of innovation and Practice, and improves teaching quality.
