摘　　要：大学外语教育对我国软实力的提高有着至关重要的作用。自改革开放之后,我国大学外语教育已经取得了不错的成就。但是随着时代的发展,社会的变迁,大学外语教育也要与时俱进。外语教育观念的更新,学生跨文化交际能力的培养,双语教学的开展及外语师资的建设等外语教育改革能够为国家培养出更多具备高竞争力的优秀人才。The university foreign language education have been playing a vital role on the improvement of China＆#39;s soft power. Since the reform and opening policy has been performed, our country＆#39;s university foreign language education has made great achievements. With the development of times, and the changes of the society, the university foreign language education should also keep growing with each passing hour. The educational reform of university foreign language, such as the update of foreign language education, the cultivation of students＆#39; cross-cultural communication ability, the conduct of bilingual teaching and the construction of foreign language teachers, can cultivate the talents with high competition ability for the country.
