摘　　要：目的主要探讨我院磁性载体档案的精细化管理与保养维护的方法。方法首先做好磁性载体档案的验收、分类、编目及鉴定的管理,加强保养与维护的措施,注意温湿度、远离磁场及有害气体,注意防抹与清洁,并定期检查等精细化管理措施。结果磁性载体的归档得到了有效管理,实现了磁性载体档案精细化、自动化及现代化的管理,解决了医院档案管理的薄弱环节;加快了医院档案管理工作规范化进程,使医院档案管理工作取得重大提高。结论加快磁性载体档案的精细化管理进程,加强了保养与维护的措施,更好地做好医院的档案管理工作。Objective mainly discusses the methods of intensive management and maintenance in our hospital from magnetic media archives maintenance. Methods First, do the magnetic carrier archives approval, classification, cataloguing and identification of management, to strengthen the maintenance measures and maintenance, pay attention to the temperature and humidity, far away from the magnetic field and harmful gas, pay attention to anti wipe and clean, and regularly check the fine management measures. Results The filing magnetic carrier is the effective management, realize the magnetic carrier file fine, automation and modern management, address the weak links in the management of hospital archives; archives management to speed up the process of hospital, make the hospital archives management has made significant improvement. Conclusion Speed up the fine management process magnetic carrier archives, strengthen the maintenance and maintenance measures, do a better job of hospital archives management.
