摘　　要：采取专家评分法和文献分析法自编高校辅导员压力现状量表,对北京理工大学等9所高校辅导员进行了社会压力、工作压力、职业发展压力以及个人问题等压力现状调查,并以年龄、性别、工作时间、所带学生人数为自变量,研究了其与社会压力、工作压力、职业发展压力以及个人问题压力的相关性和显著性差异。研究表明,辅导员的社会压力总体情况良好,人际关系融洽度两极分化严重;辅导员的工作压力非常大,已经严重影响其身心健康;职业发展压力巨大,严重制约辅导员的积极性;个人问题中的财务压力明显,并导致辅导员心理困扰。在分析原因的基础上,提出了改善高校辅导员压力的对策与建议。Graded by experts and documents analyzed to compile a chart concerning status quo of the university counselors＇ pressure,a survey is conducted of the counselors from nine universities like Beijing Institute of Technology.The pressures include social pressure,work pressure,pressure of vocational development,and even personal privacy.With age,gender,working hour,number of guided students as an independent variable,the relativity and obvious differences of these pressures are carefully studied.It is shown that their social pressure is generally in good condition,but the harmonization of interpersonal relationship tremendously polarizes.Work pressure for them is so heavy that it has impacted their sound mind and body.Pressure of vocational development is quite great;as a result,it seriously restricts counselors＇ positivity.Economic pressure in their privacy is remarkable so as to trouble counselors＇ psychology.Some countermeasures suggestions to alleviate their pressure are proposed on the basis of the analyses of the causes.
