大学生创业意向影响因素探究——基于对甘肃高校的调研分析

摘　　要：近年来面对就业市场的激烈竞争,越来越多的大学生准备采用自己创业的形式来解决就业难的问题。以创业带动就业也成为从中央到地方应对大学生就业难题的共识。为了解大学生的创业意向,通过问卷调查等方式,对影响大学生创业意向的性别因素、学科类别因素、父母职业因素、创业经历与课程因素和政府政策支持因素等进行调查分析,并在此基础上对大学生、高校和政府提出相应的建议。In recent years,facing the fierce competition in job market,more and more college students are adopt-ing or prepare to adopt their own business form to solve employment difficulties.Encouraging university gradu-ates to start an undertaking to create more employment opportunities is the key strategy to deal with employ-ment problems from the central to local governments.In order to understand the entrepreneurial intentions of u-niversity students,we conduct our research through document study,on-the-spot visits,questionnaires and correlation analysis,trying to find out such influential factors as gender,subject categories,parents occupation,entrepreneurial experience,government policy,and propose corresponding solutions for college students,uni-versities and government.
